Corrections. Policy effective 2026-09-06. Report an error to hello@theminerterminal.com.
The policy, in five steps.
- Report an error to hello@theminerterminal.com with the page, the figure and the document that contradicts it.
- Every report is checked against the primary document within 48 hours.
- A figure that was wrong is corrected on its page, the page carries a note naming the change and the date, and the log records the date, the page, what changed and why.
- A filer's own error (a mis-scaled or mis-tagged fact) is not corrected by hand: it is held for review and named on the methodology page until the filer amends or the reviewed value arrives.
- A data refresh that moves an as-of date, and a wording change that changes no figure and no claim, are not corrections and are not logged.
The log, newest first.
One row per correction: the day it was published, the page, what changed, why, and the document that decided it. A refresh that moves a date, and a wording change that moves no figure, are not rows.

| 2026-09-10 | /companies/hive | The share-count headline read "The share count went from 325.7M at 2019-03-31 to 274.3M at 2026-08-14", a fall. The panel now compares counts only inside one capital structure: the headline reads from 165.6M at 2025-03-31 to 274.3M at 2026-08-14, the three earlier counts are drawn but not compared, and the panel says why. | The 2019 to 2021 counts are IFRS facts and the later ones are cover-page counts under a different concept, with a four-year gap and a fall to 45 percent between them: the fall was a consolidation, not a repurchase. The cited 40-F/A does not print the 2019 figure in its text at all; it exists only as a tagged fact, which the panel now says. | document |
| 2026-09-10 | /companies/btdr | The share-count headline started from 1 share at 2022-12-31; it now starts from 112.0M at 2023-12-31 and says that the earlier count is drawn but not compared. | The 20-F for 2022 states one outstanding ordinary share as of 2022-12-31: Bitdeer was a pre-merger holding company, and a dilution series that starts before a reverse merger measures the merger, not issuance. | document |
| 2026-09-10 | /companies/dgxx | The share-count headline started from 36.9K shares at 2020-12-31; it now starts from 25.0M at 2021-12-31 and says that the earlier count is drawn but not compared. | The 2020 count is a pre-reorganisation IFRS fact and the 2021 count a cover-page count of a different concept, 677 times larger; a share count is comparable only inside one capital structure. | document |
| 2026-09-10 | /ledger | The projection printed beside MARA's statement of 2026-08-06 read "exit of all hosted mining (537 MW, 29.2 EH/s at 2025-12-31) by Q1 2028"; it now reads "exit of all third-party hosting arrangements by Q1 2028". | The quoted statement says only that third-party hosting arrangements expire beginning Q3 2027 and conclude by Q1 2028. Neither 537 MW nor 29.2 EH/s is in it, and 29.2 appears nowhere in the cited letter. | document |
| 2026-09-10 | /ledger | IREN's revenue statement of 2025-11-06 printed "not computed" with a generic reason; the reason now names the contradiction the row records: the target was more than $500m of ARR by 2026-03-31, the document nearest that date reports about $0.4bn under contract five weeks earlier, and the $0.5bn figure is from a release 37 days after the target date, so a single percentage would compare a projection with an outcome from a later period. | An earlier build of the row filed 0.0 percent, which its own figures do not give back; the row was repaired to file none, and the audit asked that the page keep naming why rather than fall back to a generic clause. | document |
| 2026-09-10 | /deals | TeraWulf's CB-3 and CB-4 leases showed 210 MW of critical IT load and a revenue per MW derived from it; both now read not stated, and the release's own words, more than 200 MW, are quoted in the row. | The release of 2025-08-14 states "more than 200 MW of critical IT load (representing ~250 MW of gross capacity)" and no single figure; 210 was 42 plus 168, and the 10-Q for the quarter ended 2026-06-30 says the July 2026 amendment raised "the aggregate contracted critical IT load under two leases from 162 MW to 168 MW", which states no figure for any one lease. | document |
| 2026-09-10 | /deals | TeraWulf's CB-5 lease showed 168 MW of critical IT load and $3.00bn of contract value; it now shows the 160 MW the release of 2025-08-18 states, and the contract value reads not stated. | The release states "an incremental 160 MW of critical IT load" and no value for CB-5; 168 came from the July 2026 amendment, but the 10-Q for the quarter ended 2026-06-30 says the July 2026 amendment raised "the aggregate contracted critical IT load under two leases from 162 MW to 168 MW", which states no figure for any one lease, and $3.0bn was $6.7bn less $3.7bn where the release states no $6.7bn. | document |
| 2026-09-10 | /companies/cifr | Barber Lake (CIFR) showed 0 MW energized on the home facilities list and the profile; the energized figure now reads not disclosed. | The cited 10-K for 2025 states no energized capacity for Barber Lake; the 0 was inferred from the site's stage, and the row's own note records the tenant in beneficial use by August 2026. | document |
| 2026-09-10 | /companies/keel | Farnham (KEEL) showed 10 MW nameplate beside 10 MW energized; the nameplate figure now reads not disclosed. | The 10-K properties table gives Farnham 10 MW under the column energized capacity and states no nameplate; the row had copied the one figure into both columns. | document |
| 2026-09-10 | /companies/cifr | The EV per EH/s tile linked its share-price input to a Yahoo Finance chart endpoint as if it were a document; the tile now names the provider and the as-of date, marks the price input as unverifiable by a reader, and does not link the endpoint. | The endpoint returns JSON rather than a page and its robots.txt disallows automated fetching, so neither a reader nor an auditor can check the price; the other four inputs trace to filings and the arithmetic reproduces exactly. | document |
| 2026-09-10 | /companies/riot | The EV per EH/s tile linked its share-price input to a Yahoo Finance chart endpoint as if it were a document; the tile now names the provider and the as-of date, marks the price input as unverifiable by a reader, and does not link the endpoint. The same change applies to every computed valuation figure on the site. | The endpoint returns JSON rather than a page and its robots.txt disallows automated fetching, so neither a reader nor an auditor can check the price; the other inputs trace to filings and the arithmetic reproduces exactly. | document |
| 2026-09-10 | /companies/mara | The direct cost per bitcoin, $38,690 for the quarter ended 2026-06-30, was on file with its sentence and never drawn, because the line was conditional on the all-in tile above it, which is not disclosed; the line is now drawn whenever the figure exists. | The Q2 2026 shareholder letter states the figure outright, and the page had offered the reader the arithmetic while withholding it. | document |
| 2026-09-10 | /companies/iren | The direct cost per bitcoin, $26,259 for June 2025, was on file with its sentence and never drawn for the same reason as MARA's; the line is now drawn whenever the figure exists. | The June 2025 monthly update states the figure outright; the all-in tile above it is not disclosed, which was the condition that hid it. | document |
| 2026-09-10 | /companies/hut | The direct cost per bitcoin, about $36,500 for the quarter ended 2026-06-30, was on file with its sentence and never drawn for the same reason as MARA's; the line is now drawn whenever the figure exists. | American Bitcoin's Q2 2026 results release states the figure outright; the all-in tile above it is not disclosed, which was the condition that hid it. | document |
Held figures are not corrections.
A filed value that fails one of the site's checks is never printed as a number: it is shown as words with the two figures that disagree, and listed under facts in review on the methodology page. Nothing was corrected there, because nothing wrong was published. A correction is a figure this site printed and later changed.
