Will any page go behind a paywall?
Not in these plans. Every page stays open to every reader without an account, and every figure keeps its source. Pro adds tools around the pages, never a page. How each figure is found is on the methodology page.
Why can I not pay yet?
Payments open once MinerTerminal's billing is set up. Until then nothing is charged, no card is taken, and these plans and prices are proposals. The terms say the same: nothing on the site is for sale today.
How would cancelling work?
Online, from your account, in as few steps as subscribing took: no call, no email and no questions. The plan runs to the end of the period paid for, then stops. The terms will say so before anyone pays.
What happens when a plan renews?
A monthly plan renews each month and an annual plan each year, at the price shown, until you cancel. Before an annual plan renews you get an email with the date and the amount. The full wording goes into the terms before payments open.
Does Pro tell me what to buy or sell?
No. No plan sells advice, a recommendation or a buy or sell call. Pro sells access and tools: alerts, downloads and history of the same figures every reader sees, each with its source. The disclaimer at the foot of every page holds for every plan; the about page says who publishes the site.
Is there a refund?
The refund policy is published with the terms before payments open, and it will be on this page and at checkout before anyone pays.
What does Institutional cost?
It is priced per seat on request, since each licence covers different data and a different use. Write to hello@theminerterminal.com; the methodology shows what the datasets hold.
