What this site is.

MinerTerminal publishes data and educational analysis compiled from public filings. Nothing on the site is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. All content is provided for informational purposes; readers must do their own diligence.

Every number is read from a document a company itself published: a filing on EDGAR or SEDAR+, a release on the company's own site or a newswire. The figure links to that document, with the period it measures and the date it was read, so you can check it at the source. Where the site cannot read a figure it says so in words, and where a filer's own number fails a check it is held rather than printed. How every figure is chosen.

It is not advice.

1. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, and no page rates a company as a good or a bad investment.
2. The site does not know who you are, what you own or what you can afford to lose, so nothing here is written for your situation, and a reply to an email will not be either.
3. A guidance ledger row, a deal row or a chart describes what a company said and what its filings show. That is a record, not a forecast.
4. Before you act on any figure, read the document it links to and take your own advice.

Errors are possible, and here is where they come from.

1. Filers make mistakes: a value tagged at the wrong scale, a wrong unit, a fact restated a quarter later. The site shows the latest filed value and says on hover how many values were filed for that period, and a value that fails a check is held for review and listed on the methodology page.
2. Software reads the documents, and a sentence can be read wrongly. Every figure that came from prose keeps the sentence it was read from, so you can see whether the reading holds.
3. Data goes stale between refreshes. Every page carries the date the sources were last read, and a figure older than the stale threshold says so beside the number.
4. The site is offered as it is, with no promise that it is complete, current or free of error. Treat every figure as a pointer to its document.

How to report an error, and what happens next.

1. Report an error to hello@theminerterminal.com with the page, the figure and the document that contradicts it.
2. Every report is checked against the primary document within 48 hours.
3. A figure that was wrong is corrected on its page, the page carries a note naming the change and the date, and the log records the date, the page, what changed and why.
4. A filer's own error (a mis-scaled or mis-tagged fact) is not corrected by hand: it is held for review and named on the methodology page until the filer amends or the reviewed value arrives.
5. A data refresh that moves an as-of date, and a wording change that changes no figure and no claim, are not corrections and are not logged.

Using what is here.

1. Cite any figure freely with attribution: the site, the metric, the company, the as-of date and the page address. The about page gives the form.
2. The figures come from public filings anyone can read. The pages, the writing and the compiled dataset are MinerTerminal's work; redistributing the dataset or republishing pages needs a written yes from hello@theminerterminal.com.
3. Nothing here is for sale, there is no account to open and no subscription to cancel. If that changes, this page changes first.

Links to sources leave the site.

A source link takes you to sec.gov, a company's own site or a newswire. Those sites are not MinerTerminal's, and what they show and keep is under their own terms.

Who publishes it.

Changes.

When these terms change, the effective date at the top moves and the change is described here. There is no notice to send, because the site keeps no addresses; the privacy page says what it does keep.
