TeraWulf's own SEC filing, the December 2021 Loan, Guaranty and Security Agreement filed as an exhibit to its 2021 10-K, lists its subsidiary Lake Mariner Data LLC at 7725 Lake Road, Barker, New York 14012 in Schedule 2(c), Other Locations of Tangible Personal Property, and lists the same address in Schedule 12 as leased real property with Somerset Operating Company, LLC as landlord and a bitcoin mining facility as its use. Site match: the same agreement defines the Lake Mariner Facility as the bitcoin mining facility adjacent to the decommissioned coal-fired Somerset Generating Station in Barker, Niagara County, New York, on land leased from Somerset Operating Company, LLC, and TeraWulf's 10-K for 2025 says the Lake Mariner Data Campus operates under a lease with that landlord on about 157 acres in Niagara County. The same 10-K calls the landlord a company controlled by TeraWulf's CEO.
