The address is printed in Applied Digital's own SEC filing, a February 2023 security agreement for its subsidiary APLD ELN-01 LLC that places the borrower's premises and its colocation facility under a Master Hosting Agreement at 9685 87th Ave SE in Ellendale. MARA's own 10-K for 2022 names Applied Digital as its hosting partner at Ellendale, North Dakota and says MARA accounts for the Ellendale facility as a lease because it contracted to take substantially all of its output. Site match: this is a hosted site, so the address is the host's colocation facility and not a MARA office, and Applied Digital's 10-K for the year ended May 31, 2023 lists a single Ellendale property, the 40 acres owned by the same subsidiary, APLD ELN-01 LLC, with a data center built on it.
