The address is printed in Applied Digital's own SEC filing of the Purchase and Sale Agreement dated March 14, 2024, under which MARA Garden City LLC bought the Garden City data center. MARA's own 8-K filed March 18, 2024 confirms that MARA Garden City LLC is a subsidiary of MARA (then Marathon Digital Holdings) and that the purchase covers the seller's data center in Garden City, Texas and the ground lease of the land under it, and MARA's 10-Q for the second quarter of 2024 reports the April 1, 2024 closing of a Garden City site with 200 MW of nameplate capacity. The same March 14, 2024 agreement is Exhibit 10.1 to MARA's own 8-K, and the address is quoted here from Applied Digital's text copy of it. Site match: the agreement names 12022 Ranch Rd 33 as the land under the data center being sold, so the address is the data center itself and not an office or a mailing address, and it is MARA's only site in Garden City.
