Place named in the filing
Muskogee, OKlocated at a street address that the Census geocoder puts along the road; the buildings can be some distance away

The point is the street address placed by the U.S. Census geocoder along its street segment, not the building. Address 1525 W. Smith Ferry Road, Muskogee, OK geocoded by U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder (matched 1525 W SMITH FERRY RD, MUSKOGEE, OK, 74401). This address comes from Core Scientific's own 8-K exhibit of April 21, 2026, which says the Muskogee Campus sits on land owned by Core Scientific Muskogee, the company's subsidiary (Core Scientific Muskogee LLC). Site match: the filings give this one address for the Muskogee campus, and the company's releases of May 6 and August 14, 2026 describe the 1.5 GW plan, including the Polaris DS purchase, as scaling its Muskogee campus. No filing gives Polaris DS, or the roughly 250 acres secured for the expansion, a separate street address, so this point marks the existing 64 acre campus. Document that names the place; U.S. Census Bureau Geocoder (public domain).
