Place named in the filing
Winfield, TNlocated at the address point that Tennessee's 911 offices keep for a filed address

The point is the address point the county's 911 district keeps for that address (Tennessee Emergency Communications Board), not the building. Address 708 Pine Grove Road, Winfield, Tennessee 37892 geocoded by Tennessee Emergency Communications Board address points (TIPS), via TNMap (matched 708 PINE GROVE RD, WINFIELD, TN, 37892). The address is in a real estate purchase agreement that CleanSpark filed as an exhibit to its own 8-K, and the buyer, CSRE Properties Tennessee, LLC, is a wholly owned CleanSpark subsidiary according to CleanSpark's FY2025 10-K. Site match: the agreement covers the land of four mining sites leased by Campbell, West Crossville, Winfield and Jellico Technologies, and it lists one address in each of those places (Plateau Road in Crossville, then Jellico, a second Crossville address and Winfield). The only address in Winfield is 708 Pine Grove Road, so it is the Winfield site. Document that names the place; State of TN, Tennessee Emergency Communications Board (https://www.tn.gov/commerce/emergency-communications.html).
